제품 응용：
1.회전막
FPC 스티커는 커버막, 보강, 차단막 소면적 보조재 스티커에 사용되며 가공 효율과 제품의 양률을 향상시키는 데 비교적 뚜렷하다.
FPC transform film is used for coverlay reinforcing and content transform,such as EMI. It is obvious to
the improvement of machining efficiency and product yield.
2.고온 적재막
FPC 싱글 패널 구리 열 롤러 압합 공정에 사용되는 고온 적재로 낮은 수축률, 고온에 견디는 성능과 우수한 산성 알칼리에 견디는 성능을 가지고 있다.
The copper surface and the PI surface of copper are respectively attached to the dry film and the PET film,
which is pressed together by hot roller .

Pressure: 4-5kg
Temperature: 90-110℃
Speed: 0.7~1.3m/min
3.충절 보호막
FPC 내장형 펀치에 대한 로드 보호를 통해 FPC의 우수한 확률과 펀치 효율을 높일 수 있습니다.
Firstly, fitting FPC with PET protective film then punching FPC by cutting die(semi-cutting method).
Customers may take down FPC for assembling, while can also assemble first and then take down FPC.
4.출하 보호막
PET 이중 보호막 이형막을 떼어내고 점성이 있는 한 면을 테이블 위에 고정시켜 제품을 점성이 있는 PET 보호막에 가지런히 배열하고 가득 붙인 후 이형막을 붙여 손으로 눌러 평평하게 봉한 후 출하하여 사용한다.
Separate the PET double layer packing film and fix the sticky side on the table top, arrange the product on the sticky PET double layer packing film, peel off the release liner, and then press it by hand.
