10여 년 동안 접착제 연구 개발 경험을 가진 팀을 핵심으로 하고 고학력 기술 인재를 바탕으로 독립적인 연구 개발을 위주로 하고 연구 프로젝트 협력을 보조로 하는 연구 개발 운영 모델을 구축한다.테론전자는 10년 동안 칼을 갈고 새로운 재료를 도포하여 접착제를 만들고 도포일룡 서비스의 국산화를 추진하는 데 주력하여 이미 국내 도포 분야의 백미가 되었다.

      테론전자는 600만 위안을 투자하여 선진적인 연구 개발 검측 설비를 도입했다. 고무 분자 구조부터 완제품 보호막의 성능 검측까지 모두 비교적 완벽한 검측 방법이 있다. 그 밖에 연구 개발 센터는 소형 도포 시료기를 보유하여 연구 개발 견본 제작의 효율을 크게 향상시켰다.

        Spend ￥6 million to import first-class testing equipment at home and abroad, which can test perfectly the adhesive member and protection film. Moreover,we have the leading domestic small coating prototype, which greatly improve the efficiency of research and development proofing.
